1. Our Terms of Service must be abided by and respected by all Juna Web Staff as well as clients. This is a legally binding contract. If anyone shall break this contract we will be forced to take action whether it is shutting down your account or legal action if necessary.
2. We WILL NOT host certain types of websites. If any client is found to be hosting any of these types of website the whole account will be shut down without warning. These sites include but are not limited to:
3. If we find any restricted type websites in your web host, we will terminate your host account and you will NOT be issued a refund. So please to avoid this, make sure you follow this part of our ToS.
4. If the violation is a Minor Violation we will seek to work with you rather and keep your hosting account alive for as long as possible. If the violation is minor, we may or may not issue a refund, refunds are solely at the discretion of Juna Web.
Refunds:
5. We offer a 15 day Money back guarantee to all of our clients. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please open a support ticket for our billing department and let us know, we will issue a full refund if the claim is made within 15 days of order.
6. If you passed the 15 day grace period, and if you paid for more than one month in advance, you may still request a refund for your additional months with no questions asked. However, if this is done after the 15 day grace period, we will not give you a refund for your first month, we will only refund the money you paid for the additional months.
7. If you violate our ToS in any way, issuing a refund is full discretion among Juna Web.
8. Refund Policies and grace periods are due to undergo review and it may change and all changes are to be abided by all old and new clients of Juna Web.
Outgoing Email ToS:
9. There is a limit of 200 outgoing emails PER HOUR from all shared hosting accounts. This limit is there to reduce server overload.
10. If your account exceeds 200 Outgoing emails per hour, your account will be automatically shut down. You may submit a support ticket explaining WHY you have to send out so many emails.
11. If it is found that you are using email to spam, scam, phish, or any other illegal activity is detected; your account will be permanently shut down with NO REFUND.
Paying Bills:
12. Invoices are sent out five (5) days prior to your host account’s expiration. We also send out reminders often before your invoice is due in order to make sure that your account is up and running without a problem.
13. if your invoice is overdue, you will get overdue notices. If you are more than 5 days overdue your account will be suspended for 30 days.
14. If no payment or response is received within the next 30 days, the account will be terminated and all account data and files will be deleted.
Changes to the Terms of Service:
15. Our terms of Service are Subject to review every month. Changes may be made to please make sure to check back and be aware of any changes that may be done.
16. We are not responsible for anyone ignoring our Terms of Service and having their account terminated.
