Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service must be abided by and respected by all Juna Web Staff as well as clients. This is a legally binding contract. If anyone shall break this contract we will be forced to take action whether it is shutting down your account or legal action if necessary.

We WILL NOT host certain types of websites. If any client is found to be hosting any of these types of website the whole account will be shut down without warning. The list regards to all hosting accounts unless otherwise stated. These sites include but are not limited to:
- Illegal Porn (Legal adult is allowed)
- Warez (including Warez Linking)
- Proxy (Forbidden from our VPS, Shared, Reseller, and Shoutcast Hosting Server)
- Torrent
- Nulled Scripts
- File Hosting Sites (Allowed on VPS)
- IRC (Forbidden from our VPS, Shared, Reseller, and Shoutcast Hosting Server)
- Anything containing offensive or vulgar materials
- Any other illegal type web sites will be removed without warning.

If we find any restricted type websites in your web host, we will terminate your host account and you will NOT be issued a refund. So please to avoid this, make sure you follow this part of our ToS.

If the violation is a Minor Violation we will seek to work with you rather and keep your hosting account alive for as long as possible. If the violation is minor, we may or may not issue a refund; refunds are solely at the discretion of Juna Web.
- Video hosting is allowed as long as all content is legal. However, we do not support video hosting, if you have any problems, you may not request help from Juna Web regarding Video content related issues. We are not responsible for these kinds of problems. You can install your own video software on VPS and run it there without a problem.
- Dedicated IPs requires proper justification. Additional IPs for Virtual Private Servers past the 5th IP requires valid justification. Requests for IPs can be denied if justification is not proper or valid.
- Jailed SSH access may be given for shared and reseller accounts after verification of Identity and Address. ID can be anything such as a Passport or Drivers License. Any government issued cards, voter registration cards, and any accredited school identification can be accepted as part of ID. No ID needed for VPS Root Access past order verification.
Refunds:

We offer a 30 day Money back guarantee to all of our Shared Hosting clients. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please open a support ticket for our billing department and let us know, we will issue a full refund if the claim is made within 30 days of order.
- You may get a no-questions asked refund within 5 days of the account. After 5 days of account creation, you must give us a valid reason for the refund; otherwise the refund request may be rejected.

Reseller accounts and Shoutcast accounts have a 15 day Money Back Guarantee.
- Reseller accounts and Shoutcast accounts can get a No-questions asked refund within 2 days of account creation. Both reseller and shoutcast clients must provide a valid reason for a refund after 2 days of account setup. Refunds without a valid reason may be subject to rejection.

Virtual Private Server clients have a 7 day money back guarantee. After the 7 day period, we may refuse a refund.
- VPS Clients can get a no-questions asked refund within 2 days of account creation.
VPS Clients must provide a valid reason for a refund after 2 days of account set up. Refunds without a valid reason may be subject to rejection.
- Dedicated IPs are non-refundable. Additional IPs provided to VPS clients are also not refundable.
- There are No Refunds for Software Licenses, including but not limited to cPanel, Direct Admin, Installatron, and Fantastico.

If you passed the mentioned grace period, you may still request a refund for your additional months with no questions asked. Refunds for additional months have to be requested to our billing department.

Chargeback's to Juna Web will result in an immediate Suspension of your hosting account for 7 days followed by a termination if the issue is not resolved within that time frame.
- Juna Web can charge up to $30 per Chargeback and/or payment dispute incident. We also reserve the right to deny service to anyone filing a chargeback or dispute and we reserve the right to deny access to any form of backup of the account.

If you violate our ToS in any way, issuing a refund is full discretion of Juna Web.

If you requested a refund within the money back guarantee grace period, please allow 2-5 Business Days for refunds to be processed. For additional Month refunds, please allow 5-7 Business days for refunds to be processed.

Refund Policies and grace periods are due to undergo review and it may change and all changes are to be abided by all current and new clients of Juna Web.
Outgoing Email ToS:

There is a limit of 250 outgoing emails PER HOUR from all shared hosting accounts as well as reseller accounts. This limit is there to reduce server load.

If your account exceeds 250 Outgoing emails per hour, your account will be automatically shut down. You may submit a support ticket explaining WHY you have to send out so many emails.

There is no set limit on outgoing emails from VPS accounts but we encourage you to watch the number of emails you send out because you may be putting your IP at risk of getting blacklisted.

If it is found that you are using email to spam, scam, phish, or any other illegal activity is detected; your account will be permanently shut down with NO REFUND.

VPS clients are also not allowed to use the Server to promote mass email services or use the server to send out spam emails. If you are found to be using our server for spam, your account will be suspended indefinitely.

If you have a big mailing list, please configure Cron Jobs to handle emails being sent out under the limit each hour. All Mailing List and Subscription emails MUST contain an unsubscribe link.

The limit of total outgoing emails may change in the future and all current and new accounts must abide by the new limits. No Excuses for not knowing the limit.
Account Security:

You are responsible for your own account information including username and password. Juna Web is not responsible for your account getting compromised due to lack of care. We encourage everyone to take care of their accounts and not to tell anyone of their username or password.

Please do not give access to FTP to people you do not trust, this goes for all shared hosting accounts, reseller hosting accounts, and shoutcast accounts and if your account is compromised, Juna Web cannot be held responsible.

Please do not give your Root Password to your VPS account. If your account is compromised because of this mistake, Juna Web cannot be held responsible.

Juna Web will be responsible for the full security of the servers as a whole. Juna Web will do its best to avoid attacks as well as account and information losses. Juna Web cannot be held responsible for individual account security; the client is responsible for making sure his account is safe.

We are not responsible for individual VPS Security. We will do our best to harden the server for you and we will be responsible for the entire dedicated server as a whole but we cannot be held responsible for Individual VPS security.

Juna Web can refuse to open certain ports on our firewall for clients if we see it to be a security risk or for any other reason of the same magnitude.
Paying Bills:

Invoices are sent out seven (7) days prior to your host account’s expiration. We also send out reminders often before your invoice is due in order to make sure that your account is up and running without a problem.

If your invoice is overdue, you will get overdue notices. If you are more than 4 days overdue your hosting account will be suspended for 30 days.

If no payment or response is received within the next 60 days, shared, reseller, and shoutcast hosting accounts will be terminated and all account data and files will be deleted.

VPS accounts are subject to termination after the 30th day of no payment.

Suspended hosting accounts are not to be held on the server past the 60 day mark. Once that mark has passed, you may not request for backups or a reinstatement of your hosting account.

Juna Web reserves the right to charge late payment fees after a certain point. If you need your late payment fee waived for any reason, please contact our billing department for assistance.

If you paid your invoice and our billing software did not send you a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our billing department as soon as possible and provide the payment processor you used, an email address if used, transaction ID, and the date and time of payment.
Acceptable User Policy:

Users may not send out more than 250 emails per cPanel account per server on all shared, reseller, and shoutcast hosting accounts.
- Users may not send out spam of any number using our mail system. To send out mass emails, the use of a mailing list is acceptable and even recommended. All subscription emails must contain an unsubscription link.
- Each cPanel account may not use more than 30% of a single server CPU for more than 45 seconds at a time. Beyond 45 seconds the process will be terminated. If these spikes are constant, the account will be suspended.
- Each cPanel account may not use more than 20% of all memory available on the server for more than 45 seconds at a time. Doing so will result in a suspension of the account.

VPS Accounts may not use the server for illegal activity. Everything must abide by United States Laws.
IRC Servers are also not allowed.

VPS Accounts may not advertise Mass Email services. It is forbidden. If found that you are using the VPS to send spam or mass amounts emails, you will be suspended indefinitely.
- Users may not use nulled scripts or illegal scripts on our servers, doing so will result in suspension of the account and possibly be turned into the local authorities. This goes for all accounts including shared, resellers, and VPS clients.
- Shoutcast account users with Auto DJ are responsible for the content shared, Juna Web cannot be held responsible.
- Juna Web will not take threats, vulgar language, total disrespect, or any other negative actions towards our staff lightly. Such action can and will result in account suspension. Juna Web expects the same amount of respect as we give to you. This is enforced in all forms of contact through Jun Web including Live Chat, Support Tickets, Instant Message, and Email.
- Failure to follow Juna Web's AUP will result in account suspension and if no compromise can be reached within 60 calendar days, the account will be terminated.
Affiliates AUP
- Affiliates may not use any form of negative image of Juna Web to promote. Any and all negative advertising will result in a permanent ban from our affiliates program.
- Affiliates program is available for anyone and everyone who has not already been banned from our system. Any detection of fraud will result in the permanent ban of the affiliate account.
- All affiliates get paid 25% credit of sales. Payment can only be requested after 30 days of affiliate host account sign up. Payments must also be a minimum of $5.
- Percentage of credit may change in the future. This is solely at the discretion of Juna Web.
- If the referred hosting account does not stay with us for a full 30 days, the payout will be void for that account.
Changes to the Terms of Service:

Our terms of Service are Subject to review every month. Changes may be made to please make sure to check back and be aware of any changes that may be done.

We are not responsible for anyone ignoring our Terms of Service and having their account terminated.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
